Andy specializes in Wealth Management and Financial Planning, and has spent over 26 years in the Financial Services Industry managing portfolios of high net worth private clients, professional athletes, small corporations, pension plans for growth and tax efficiency, as well as Latin American and Caribbean clients. Andy's wealth of experience in the financial services industry spans from Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley, where he was selected to the Presidents and Directors Club repeatedly.
Andy was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and raised in North Miami Beach, FL. He attended University of Miami and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Marketing and Finance. He has attained professional certifications (Series 7, 63, 65 and 31) along with his life and health insurance and variable annuity licenses. Andy recognizes that when you select an investment adviser, you entrust that institution with responsibilities that can affect you and your family for years to come...a decision not to be taken lightly.
He and his multi-lingual team are committed to providing clients personalized, concierge oriented, financial services and expert advice, with high energy and sustained integrity, which brings great value in the resolution of complex situations. Andy lives in Miami Beach, Fl. and is the proud father of his two sons Alex and Sam.
In addition to enjoying swimming and playing golf, Andy is a an active member of the board of directors for the Blue Diamond Condominium in Miami Beach, Fl.

With his 30 years of industry experience, David brings a significant understanding of all financial markets. Acting as a fiduciary, he offers clients sophisticated portfolio solutions and access to specialists in tax, accounting, estate planning, real estate, lending and personal banking. David is also the Chairman of Steven C. Bagdan Charitable Foundation. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of George Snow Scholarship Fund.
HERLY ANDRES TEJADA, MBA
Vice President of Operations
Herly is currently responsible for the operation of the Register Investment Advisor, directing client activities, and supporting various aspects of the wealth management process. He also oversees the day to day logistics and complex strategic client situations, client services and interfacing with our custodian and strategic partners.
Herly has been in the financial service industry for over 14 years now, beginning his career in 2005 at BNP Paribas in Miami working as a private banking representative; assisting ultra-high net worth individuals and families from Latin America. By 2007, Herly began working for a Spanish bank Caixanova in Miami as a private banking officer, specializing in assisting ultra-high net worth clients from Latin America.
Herly is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College in Connecticut in 2003, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and also earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona in 2012. Thunderbird consistently ranks #1 in the world in international business education and among the top 10 worldwide in executive education.
Herly was born in Colombia, raised in Connecticut and currently lives in Miami. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, watching movies, going to the beach and boating.

Anthony has over 29 years of investment experience working at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. He holds his series 7, 63, 65 along with Life, Health and Variable Insurance licenses. Anthony is firmly committed to long term relationships and delivers exceptional client service. Since every client is different, Anthony assists in developing their own investment policy statements and, based on this input, helps them construct their portfolio to help achieve their financial objectives.
Anthony is a graduate of the University of North Carolina. He lives in Miami Beach with his wife Carmen and they have three kids Alexis, Anthony and Alexander.
